Business Analyst

Job Description

  • Conduct requirement workshop, share SME with business users.
  • Ensure business processes are optimized.
  • Document the business requirements (BRD)
  • Knowledge transfer sessions with technical architect and enable them to convert BRD and FSD into SRS.

Requirement

  • Degrees/Masters in Finance or MBA in finance
  • At least 5 years experience in either MNC bank dealing in Corporate lending business or with vendor providing Corporate Lending Solutions.
  • Very good understanding of financial analytics and macro economics
  • Exposure to UML tool would be an added advantage.

Java Senior Developer/Project Lead Business Analyst

Job Description

  • Review codes developed by junior developers and recommend improvement.
  • Code optimization.
  • Understand FSD and translate it into requirement.
  • Code Complex algorithm
  • Help in designing data models for specific modules.

Requirement

  • Degree in IT or BE in any faculty.
  • SCJP or SCJA certified.
  • High level Competence in Core Java,JDBC and J2EE technologies.
  • Exposure to ORM frameworks such as hibernate,EJB3.0 is a must.
  • Exposure to at least 1 RIA technology preferably Vaadin, GWT
  • Knowledge of database programming such as stored procedure, functions etc would be an added advantage.
